Customer Satisfaction is Directly Proportional to Employee Satisfaction
Emmanuel's Guidelines:
1 - Customers prefer dealing with happy, enthusiastic employees.
2. Happy employees love to give good service and tell customers what a good place this is to do business.
3. Employees treat other employees and customers the same way they are treated by management.
4. Let employees know when they do a good job and when they fail, a balance must be maintained. If the manager only focuses on mistakes, then the employee will wonder if they can ever do anything right.
5. Ethics can only be taught by example from management.
6. Poor Customer Satisfaction Index is directly proportional to a poorly managed company.
7. Employees know if a manager cares by how well they listen and respond to their needs in the work environment.
8. If employees are allowed to make decisions about how to do their job, then they share ownership, be happier and will do a better job.
